Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated on the Shopping Cart page prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will process your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Most of our items leave our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. Each item's availability is listed on it's order detail page. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all orders are shipped via ground service.

 

Privacy

JB Webbies takes privacy very seriously. During the check out process we will ask for the information necessary to facilitate your order.  This includes name, email, shipping address, telephone and credit card information. All information collected will remain confidential. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information.  

 

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, JB Webbies will accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 7 business days of the delivery of your product(s).  Shipping charges to be paid by the returning party.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  

 

Ordering

Our ordering system is fully automated. Once an order has begun processing, you will no longer be able to edit the order.

 

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Cards.

 

Viewing Orders

Registered customers can view their orders by clicking the "My Account " link at the top right hand corner of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance

Updating Account Information

Updating your account information is easy!  Use the "My Account" tab on our home page to edit your information.
